SHIPPING POLICY


Order Processing

We process and ship orders placed between Monday - Friday 15:00 (GMT+8). Order placed on Friday 15:00~Night, Saturday, Sunday, major holidays will not be fulfilled until the following business day.

1) For in-stock products, the order will be processed and shipped within 4-7 business days.

***Please allow for up to 4 days processing and shipping during peak holiday season***

2) For preordered products (orders for backordered items will be processed as a pre-order), estimated ship dates can be found on each product page. Your payment is processed when your order is made to confirm your reservation. As a benefit, during the preorder period, you may receive a preorder discount or a free gift accompanied. All products go to full price once they arrive.

3) In the event of a multi-item order where some items are in stock and some are pre-ordered, we will wait for all the products to be available before sending your order. You can contact us for a split shipment request on your order while additional shipping fees may be required.

4) Every fulfilled order will automatically receive a tracking confirmation within a week (contact us if you don't see this after 5 business days).

5) Shipping will be carried out to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please make sure that your full name and shipping address are complete and correct.

Shipping Rates

1) We will select the proper shipping method based on your location. The international shipping carriers we use are UPS, DHL, EMS, and SF Express.

2) The actual shipping rate (especially multi-item orders) will be calculated by the system at the checkout.

3) The estimated shipping time is 5-14 business days.

*The estimated delivery time is NOT guaranteed. It does not take into consideration any possible delays caused by the customs or any issue the shipping carrier may have with the package. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you believe there is an issue with your tracking and we will do our best to help.

4) Free shipping is available for all domestic orders. The domestic shipping carriers we use are POST and Kerry Express. Please shop on Taiwan Online Store

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Responsibility

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost.
The buyer is solely responsible for all such charges.

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Failure to pay customs duties, taxes, or related fees
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Failure to contact the carrier or customs authorities in a timely manner

do NOT constitute valid reasons for a refund, chargeback, or PayPal dispute.

The carrier will not return the shipment to us unless all applicable fees are fully paid by the buyer. If the package is refused, abandoned, held, destroyed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges or buyer inaction, the buyer agrees that:

- The order is considered fulfilled once shipped and is non-refundable
- Any return shipping fees, customs handling fees, storage fees, or losses incurred will be deducted from the refund, or no refund will be issued, depending on the condition of the shipment
- We are not responsible for customs delays, fees, regulations, inspections, or enforcement actions imposed by the destination country.

By completing the purchase, the buyer explicitly accepts and agrees to this policy.
