We process and ship orders placed between Monday - Friday 15:00 (GMT+8). Order placed on Friday 15:00~Night, Saturday, Sunday, major holidays will not be fulfilled until the following business day.
1) For in-stock products, the order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.

2) For preordered products (orders for backordered items will be processed as a pre-order), estimated ship dates can be found on each product page. Your payment is processed when your order is made to confirm your reservation. As a benefit, during the preorder period, you may receive a preorder discount or a free gift accompanied. All products go to full price once they arrive.
3) In the event of a multi-item order where some items are in stock and some are pre-ordered, we will wait for all the products to be available before sending your order. You can contact us for a split shipment request on your order while additional shipping fees may be required.
4) Every fulfilled order will automatically receive a tracking confirmation within a week (contact us if you don't see this after 5 business days).
5) Shipping will be carried out to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please make sure that your full name and shipping address are complete and correct in case that your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or refusal. If happened, you will be given a choice of either:
- A refund (excluding 25% of the order amount as shipping fee).
- A reship (covering 25% of the order amount as another shipping fee).
Once we receive and check the returned goods, we will process your refund or reship.
1) We will select the proper shipping method based on your location. The international shipping carriers we use are UPS, DHL, EMS, and SF Express.
2) The actual shipping rate (especially multi-item orders) will be calculated by the system at the checkout.
3) The estimated shipping time is 5-14 business days.
*The estimated delivery time is NOT guaranteed. It does not take into consideration any possible delays caused by the customs or any issue the shipping carrier may have with the package. Duties, Taxes, and More
Any possible import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Buyers are responsible for these charges. Please double check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing. The carrier will not return such package to us until these fees are properly paid. If the package is refused or abandoned at customs, we will remain the rights to deduct it from the initial refund amount.
